Great plants, quality and available choices.

Wayside is good to deal with, although I liked them better before they sold out to Jackson & Perkins.

I purchased a number of plants from Wayside and my experience was not good. A number of the plants were unusable and never grew once planted. a couple of my orders were filled with plants I did not order and I never received the proper ones. The few plants that eventually grew into flowering plants did "OK", but not very special. I won't be ordering any more product from Wayside.

Order delayed no real status update on my order. This happens on almost every order I have place with them. I won't be returning as a customer.

Have purchased most of my plants from them this year. Amazed at how hardy and the quality of the plants. I've had some plants that sat in the containers that they were shipped in for over a month with just watering them before I had time to plant them. All of them are doing great and I have not had one of them die. I am all done buying from the box stores and garden centers around me. I will only purchase from Wayside in the future.

The last two times I ordered something from Wayside, I had questions regarding the product or its delivery and tried to contact them via e mail about these. I did not receive any answer either time. After several tries, I gave up. Will not be ordering anything from them again. I also never go through on the phone line.

Ordered plants overnight delivery to avoid their being in the box too long. Called and told customer representative I had done so and why, and obtained their agreement not to ship on a Friday since plants would sit in box over the weekend thereby defeating the purpose of overnight delivery. They expressly agreed then not to ship on a Friday, then proceeded to ship on Friday! When I called to complain, they ignored their agreement and said that, under their policies, they were allowed to ship on Friday. Outrageous! Three stars is generous.
