Had a plant (clematis) didn't grow at all. Contacted them, not replaced, told to remember and check in the spring. I received it last spring. Had other good experiences prior though.

I placed my order, it was soon at the delivery service that I use, no muss no fuss.

We have had great success with plants and bulbs from Wayside for almost a year now, and are very pleased with them. Give them some really good mulch and they do wonderfully well no matter what kind of soil you have. We have hot summers and cold winters but they survive and thrive. I have purchased from them several times over many years. They always provide prompt and good service. Plants are well wrapped when sent by mail. If any problems with plants such as drying out soon after opening, they provide free replacements.

Plant quality is variable, even the same kind of plant in the same shipment. In my last shipment, one brunnera was in good shape, the other was dead.
