Webpage where payment is taken a little wonky. Took me 3 times for transaction to go through. Once payment went through, just brought back to Waxmaid webpage, no order number or anything. Never received any emails from them either. Thankfully in a few days I received item purchased, expertly wrapped. All is well that ends well

I found the 4 in 1 to be an excellent product marketed at a reasonable price. I like my blue-green so much that I might add another as well as other Waxmaid bongs.

Haven't made my mind up yet.....still trying to figure out heat settings.....sometime get great hits and sometimes not so great....so still learning

I really like the silicon/glass bowl combination because the pipes do not break and the bowls can be renewed for a reasonable price. Reusable pipes!

Only 1 star because they don’t have a zero/negative star option. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First of all, they have other domains that they call “fake” I originally ordered from their .us domain, only learning a week later that the .com domain is the “official” one. After placing my order on there, I waited a week before receiving any communication. Keep in mind that their faq says 2-4 business days delivery. Two weeks later and I still haven’t received what I ordered. I have reached out through email, phone, instagram, and Facebook. All with multiple different accounts under their name. No answer. I did get a tracking number, for fedex even though they said it would be usps. Still no delivery or update from them. When there was communication (the small amount that there was) they assured me that it would be delivered in a few days, not to worry. That was last week. All the other negative reviews you see are true. This company, if they’re even a company and not just a scam, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. -5 stars.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this. From navigating the website to quick delivery. Hassle free all around. And the item works beautifully. Easy to clean.
