I placed two orders at Wavy Talk and requested refunds twice. Their website advertises that products are ready to ship, and they don’t ship. They’re getting 2 stars because they are responsive and offer to issue the refund. I have no patience for a company that will charge your credit card without holding funds until the product is actually shipped. That’s against the law. Buyer beware. **update: wavytalk made a reply, I supplied the requested information and they have not responded.

I tried my new product this morning and found it a bit difficult to use on a longer style pixie haircut. I can see how it is easier to maneuver, the shorter the hair is. So I had to use trial and error until I finally got the look I wanted. Only to find out, my hair went flat anyway. This product works much better for volume only and shorter hair.
