They don’t respond to messages
They don’t respond to messages. I’ve messaged twice asking when the Wavytalk cool pencil will be in stock as I don’t want to ‘pre order’ all I’ve received back was an automated email saying ‘one of the team will get back to you soon’ this was on 9th & 16th August, and I’m still waiting. I did leave a review on their website but I assume as I only gave 1 star they decided not to publish it. I certainly don’t feel confident in ordering from them.

yall were right
Not only did my order arrive within 3 days of ordering it, but it’s the best blow dryer I’ve ever used. I have really fine, long curly hair and nothing has topped this. It’s super fast, super light and ergonomic. In the past my hair takes almost a hour to completely diffuse. This takes me 15-20 minutes TOPS. Most well made diffuser I’ve tried too! I will definitely be ordering more products from wavy talk :)

Steam Sesh Straightener
I purchased the Steam Sesh straightener recently, and after only one usage of it, I am overjoyed with this tool!! I have thick 3a hair, that is prone to frizz whenever I attempt to straighten it, or doesn’t cooperate with traditional straightening tools. However with the Steam Sesh, one pass immediately smoothed and straightened a large section of my hair, and created a glossy mirror effect on my hair, without even the use of any products on my part! I managed to straighten my whole head within less than 15 minutes~ which is insane to me. I cannot recommend this product enough, it’s easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and creates beautiful results!

Scam-Never shipped order and no one answers customer service
This is company is a scam-they never shipped my order and no one answers when I asked to cancel it. Their “chat” function doesn’t work, no one answers it nor their customer service email. Now having to deal with putting a claim through my bank…
