I came upon WatchRepair.net while looking for someone to service my 44 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, which I acquired in my travels while serving in the U.S. Navy. I was a bit worried about sending my watch to a Master Timekeeper that I found on the internet; however, after talking with members of the team, they assured me that I would receive unsurpassed service, safe shipping and return of my watch…and they delivered! They were professional, courteous and very helpful in walking me through the process. I received my watch after several weeks and was blown away when I opened the return package. It looked as good as it did 44 years ago. I am very pleased with their transparency in price and service. If needed, I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

When you look to service and repair a high end watch you have to trust that the company to perform at the highest level. Watch Repair LLC earned my trust to the highest degree. They not only restored my 20 year old Breitling to a like new performance and appearance, they gave progress updates and included insurance and tracking both to and from their facility. There was never a doubt that this was a first class establishment!

To send off my 17-year-old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch to a company I found while searching the Internet for a "tune-up and cleaning" was terrifying, to say the least. But the testimonials on WatchRepair.net were convincing (and now I could testify they are "spot-on") so I leaped and couldn't be more satisfied. OUTSTANDING results both cosmetically and mechanically. If I were to put my watch in its original box and seal it, it would pass as a Brand New 17-year-old Rolex. Thank you, Jeff, and your fantastic support team of professionals!

I'm very happy with my decision to send my 1995 Omega Seamaster 300 to Watchrepair, net for complete service and overhaul. They did an excellent job servicing my watch and making it better than new. Their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. They kept me well informed and repair time was spot on. I've had the watch for 5 days now and is running almost perfect, plus less than 30 seconds in 5 days. I love it.

These folks did the "lube job, tire rotation, and alignment" on the Rolexes owned by my wife and me. Mine hadn't been touched inside since 1981. The result was superior. Additionally, these folks restored a valued heirloom Le Coultre watch that I inherited with which I am most pleased. Until next time!!
