Marc and his team did a great job. Friendly, responsive, with great communication throughout the whole process, made me feel comfortable that my Rolex was in good hands. The watch was returned in the promised time working properly and polished up beautifully.

so after owning my Omega Sea Master Pro., Chronometer-Chronograph for over 16 years, it was well past it's time for servicing. It is worn daily and under some pretty harsh conditions from, saltwater, cold temperatures to hot sun, I rely on its accuracy and it had never failed me. I must say i was apprehensive in sending my Omega to anyone, much less to a "Net" company however, after reading reviews from other (Luxury) watch owners and their experience , i called and spoke to Jeff and got a good feeling about letting He and Marc and his watchmakers service my Seamaster. i received the case with tracker to ship my watch , received confirmation of delivery, a phone call from Jeff explaining in detail the recommended repairs (Hint, don't wait 16 years to service your watch) a total cost and 2 weeks later i have my watch back in the same type of container it was shipped in. i must say i am impressed with WatchRepair.Net. the service was great and the quality of the repairs / parts replacement is superb. i have dealt with a company in NJ that also works on Swiss watches however, WatchRepair.Net just earned my business. I highly Recommend WatchRepair.Net with 5 Stars...

I believe this is the third or fourth time using Watch Repair. In every case, their service and attention to detail has been excellent. This most recent one was a full overhaul, including the rebuilding of the bracelet. It fit like it was never removed. I have a favourite watch which was inherited from my grandfather, but the thing is that it often broke down and no matter how many times I took it to the service, it could never be completely repaired. WatchRepair.net was able to solve the problem and the old watch has been running fine for a long time now.

I just received my two tone Submariner back from Watch Repair.net. I was apprehensive about sending the watch out, but it did need service - it ran a couple minutes slow weekly and was showing it's age from 10 years of daily use. Jeff Herman initially called me to discuss the shipping procedure and again to discuss the repairs. The watch came back looking so much better than I thought possible. So good in fact, that I am considering reserving it for dress and wearing something else for daily use.. I highly recommend him and will use again.
