I have had my Rolex cleaned and repaired two time by Watch Repair and couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the professional way they run their business. I would recommend them to anyone that has a time a time piece that is need of a repair or just a service.

Couldn't be happier with the results of my 20yr old TAG watch. Looks brand new. Excellent repair, runs great!!!!! Looks fantastic including band. The whole staff at Watch Repair let me know what was going on always. Would highly recommend these great people. Very reasonable as well.

My experience with WatchRepair.net began in late October, 2021 when I was searching the Internet for a company that repairs Rolex watches. I needed to have my 1986 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch repaired. I came across a company by the name of WatchRepair.net so I sent them an email regarding their services. I received a call from Jeff Herman, President, and he walked me through the entire process. He told me that his company would evaluate my watch and let me know upfront what the cost would be for repairing my watch. I agreed to have my watch evaluated, so Jeff sent me a secure container to protect my watch while in transit to their facility in Tennessee. I placed my watch in the container as instructed and I headed for the UPS facility. After I left the UPS facility, it dawned on me that I had just shipped my Rolex watch to someone who I had never met, but I had a calming sensation that I would be seeing my watch again. Several days later, I received a call from Jeff informing me of the cost to repair my watch. His cost was inline with what I wanted to spend, so I provided Jeff with my credit card info and he said that I should be hearing from them in about 30 days. We said our goodbyes and then it dawned on me once more that I had not only shipped my Rolex to someone I didn't know, but I had just given him all my credit card info. Again, for some unexplained reason, I did not panic. I felt completely at ease with every step that had been taken. On December 1,2021, I received a call from Jeff informing me that my watch would be delivered to me the next day via UPS. He even provided a GPS tracking devise in the box so that I could track my watch while in route to me. Today my watch arrived and as I looked at it, it looked exactly the same way when I purchased it 35 years ago. It looked showcase new! You would never know that you were looking at a 35 year old Rolex. I cannot say enough about WatchRepair.net. Jeff and his staff did a masterful job on my Rolex. They are extremely easy to work with and they treat you as though you were their only client. I highly recommend WatchRepair.net if your high end watch is in need of repair, or needs to be updated, or just needs to be cleaned. You won't be disappointed. Great experience from start to finish. I was informed of each stage the watch was in including when and how shipped back to me. Note: The return shipment included a tracking device which you return upon receiving your watch. Finally, Marc is truly a professional I really appreciated his attention to detail.

My 40 year old Omega Seamaster was repaired by WatchRepair.net. 15 years ago, Omega could not repair it since it was 25 years old. I've been trying to get it repaired ever since. The repair was made and the watch itself was buffed and polished to like new condition. Jeff Herman understood how much this watch meant to me and came through with flying colors. I cannot thank Jeff and his crew enough. Thanks to him and his crew, this Omega now is really a watch of a lifetime.

The watch is a beautiful Timepiece! I could not understand why it was losing time. Upon calling the courteous experts at Watch Repair I was told that I had purchased [second hand] a watch that had been repaired earlier with chinese parts. Of course, my disappointment was enormous. Mr. Jeff Herman, Watch Repair President, assured me that he would get new legitimate parts and overhaul my watch. Mr. Herman did, in fact, do just that. He kept the price reasonable and fixed the watch where it now works perfectly. My satisfaction is 100%, it works and looks beautiful!
