Here I am, 3 weeks later. Still waiting on a refund from my cancelled order. I was told my order has been canceled and I have been refunded. However that isn’t the case. I have not been credited my form of payment back. This company is very unprofessional and seems like a scam. Unfortunately legal action may have to be taken if I don’t receive my money back. This is my 3rd post about the same item/issue. / Update finally received my refund

This company is a scam and when I demanded my money back - they made me erase any negative reviews before they would return my money. I have it back now and so can clearly tell everyone DO NOT go near this company

Order # 6360 I placed an order and a few minutes later read all of the terrible reviews. Contacted to cancel order within a hour or so while order was in pending status. They cancelled the order but are trying to charge a 3.5% handling and processing charge. It never made it past pending status! Edit to response - The order was cancelled immediately after. There was no handling or processing that took place.

Awful awful awful website and customer service. I purchased a watch listed as "in stock and ready to ship" on their website with an estimated delivery date of 2-4 weeks. It's been a month and there's been NO movement on the package and customer service refuses to give me a refund minus a ridiculous restocking fee of $100+. AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS. I thought I would be safe as the watch was listed as in stock and not as a pre-order. I WAS WRONG!

Hello Scott, Please note that we never advertise that any of our watches are in stock. We never mention it anywhere on the website or in communication. Moreover, that was confirmed by our agent in the correspondence. We make the process and the delivery frame very clear on the product listing page, cart page, and order confirmation. The reason for the cancelation fee and cancelation policy is also available on the website: "Each time we process an order, we pay merchant fees. Each time we have to cancel or refund an order, we pay fees as well. Due to the high cost of fees associated with handling, processing, and fulfilling your order, a 3.5% fee will be applied if you decide to cancel your order prior to the estimated delivery date. If Watch Rapport cancels or cannot fulfill your order, NO cancellation fees will be applied." Unfortunately, you decided to cancel the order before the delivery date. This site is FRAUD. Do NOT buy from Watch Rapport. I pre ordered a watch 6 months ago. The watch never got delivered. I called to cancel. Never got my money back. They said the refund was still in process but that was over 45 days ago. They keep on making excuses that it’s due to my bank. I paid via my credit card and never received my refund. This is a complete SCAM. Do Not buy from this site.

This company is a complete scam. They do not have any of the watches that they market and they hold onto your money for months at a time without any communication

"Pre-order" means processing time is within 180 business days, pending availability. It is clearly indicated on the website, as well as in the order confirmation. I ordered a watch for 12k. Wired the money on august 3 now is Nov 4 nothing. No one call text. Or tell me anything I finally talked to some one 3 days ago and asked for a refund. Waiting to see if anything will happen. My order number is 5535 and will plan to continue to write bad reviews until I hear some information but this was a bad experience. To be fair.
