Got a great deal on a watch I had been looking for. I wasn't in a rush to receive and was therefore not turned off by the estimated delivery date of a month, (it was actually a week or so later). My one complaint was that I was given no advance notice of the shipping. A notice came the day the package was to be delivered, which meant I could not have it held at a local fedex branch and instead I had a very expensive watch sitting in a small box on my porch for a good chunk of the day while I was at work. Very stressful. Once the box was opened, I was pleased with the watch and all the box, papers and warranty card were present. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I bought an Omega Aqua Terra on a discount code, and had some worries after I placed the order and saw a lot of poor reviews online about them, and while it took some time to get my order (their site said it would take about 30 days), I did receive it on the exact date they said for me to expect it. Every email that we had back and forth leading up to me getting it was returned in a timely and courteous manner. The watch was packaged well and protected and had all of the box, cards, etc. and works great. I have no complaints at all with my dealings with them. I understand that others have not had the same experience as me, and feel bad for any of those sistuations, but my purchase was fairly stress free. Thanks for the good deal!

Well first...I'm not a bot or a schill! I ordered a brand new Omega Speedmaster Co-axial from Watch Rapport - very competitive price. I was aware of their business model...i.e they are going to source the watch from a 3rd party. I did get very worried for a minute when I came onto trust pilot after the watch was delayed but in my case I shouldn't have worried. The watch arrived today...(4 days late) They sent pics before they shipped it at my request and the watch is perfect, well packaged and just as described and photographed. Not questioning other peoples experiences but here's one upvote for them!

Got my watches in just under two months. WatchRapport is a broker, you have to order, and pay, fast or you’ll lose out on great deals. I’ve lagged on funding previous purchases with WR and missed great deals and wasted months with funds tied up. But this time I ordered and used AmEX to pay,I got my Yachtmaster 42 and OP 41 pretty quick considering it’s a WR broker deal.

Best good price and best customer service very safe on the process no tax free shipping, only one issue is the process taking a month to receive.

At first I was very skeptical when I placed an order on this site. I did not feel comfortable that they did not honor Credit Card transactions. They only accepted bank wire. The communication is limited and it is very hard to get someone on the phone. I got someone initially whose name was Alexandra. Then I was only able to communicate with her via text. Nonetheless, with my limited experience, I did not get any wrong information. I actually placed an order of a Rolex and wired the money. They told me it was going to take at least 2 months. 2 weeks prior to the promised date, I was able to find the same watch on another site which took only 10 days to get it. So I cancelled my transaction with watchrapport.com. They wired the money back to me with a reasonable amount of time and without any hassle. Therefore, for whatever reason they take so long to get you the product on their site and if you are in no hurry to wait for the product, then you may be good to go here. In the future, if I find a watch I want on their site. I may go for it again. Hope that helps...

Although there watch wasn't able to be fulfilled by the seller, watch rapport did a great job of communication and quickly refunded my money. Will definitely use them again
