They are not trustworthy!
I returned a Tag Heuer watch exactly as it was received. Watchmaxx accepted my return after I sent them a photo of the watch. They are now trying to say I changed the watchband and that the one they received was detached from the watch. This is a lie. They are refusing to refund my money, and it's approx. $1600. I have disputed it through my credit card company but who knows...? Stay away from them!

I got the watch…eventually.
To WatchMaxx’s credit, I did eventually receive the watch I ordered. Unfortunately when I ordered it their website stated it would ship in 1-2 days. After about a week, they did communicate to me that it was likely to take about a month, which I was fine with. The watch ultimately took over 3 months to be sourced and shipped, and I was never given a clear indication of when (or if) the watch would ever ship. Given this experience, I am not sure I would utilize WatchMaxx again in the future.

The entire process was smooth and…
The entire process was smooth and easy...from ordering to shipment tracking...prices are competitive...My only complaint is that the watchband size was not listed and I find it runs small...my fault for not paying attention...the watch itself is great and I'm enjoying it....

Do yourself a favor, buy here.
This is my second time buying from WatchMaxx. The watch is exactly as described, you can't beat the price (I looked for nearly a year), and customer service is very responsive. It couldn't be easier. I'd buy more, but I'd need a few more wrists.
