Easy to use and find quality watches

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I have been with Watchmaxx, everything from start to finish, they went through their inventory to find me just what I was looking for in a watch, the price was fair, shipping was quicker than Amazon, they follow up and follow through. I see a few negative reviews, but all of them ridiculous things that shouldn't really bother anyone or are beyond the companies control. I will be purchasing from them again soon and highly recommending them to other people I know.

I didn't receive a brand new watch. Didn't realize it until I wore the watch for a week. The band part of the watch was repaired at some point and they told me it was a brand new watch! I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER WATCH FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!! I ALSO DIDN'T KNOW CAUSE I DON'T KNOW ABOUT WATCHES THAT IT WAS A BATTERY OPERATED WATCH WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS RECEIVING AN AUTOMATIC WATCH. WHEN I REALIZED IT I HAD ALREADY WORE IT AND CAUSE OF THEIR POLICY I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. HORRIBLE

Quick and easy!

When I received my Watch, the security sticker was removed from the face of the watch. It had been placed on the plastic protector and put back. I there was no information book with instructions inside the box. When I notified the company, the response insisted they sent everything in perfect condition. This is not true and insulting. I will no longer do business with this company. I suggest to anyone reading this review, that they strongly consider doing the same. Thank you.
