I first purchased a Citizen eco drive titanium blue angels watch a few years back at basically half retail price anywhere else and still wear it and love it. Since then I've purchased other watches only through WatchCo.com because you can't beat the huge savings on all their watches plus they are all original with manufacturer warranties. i am very disappointed with the service you have provided... not only did u charge me $40 more than what you had "quoted" me but after i had committed to the payment, the money didn't even go through (i hadn't noticed until my mum told me that she had spent the money)!

Hi Tylar, I am very sorry you never received this! I have contacted USPS to file a claim immediately on where this package is. We actually do not "quote" prices--when you place an order, you are not paying any more than you agreed to. I think what you are seeing is the currency conversion to your country's value, though. We have already shipped another one to you and refunded your order in full for your trouble. I'm not sure what you mean about the "money not going through", though. Feel free to respond to the emails we have sent you but haven't received replies to yet. Thanks again, Tylar!!
