I appreciate ńot having to pay taxs

Went in to have batteries replaced on several watches. An employee broke one of the watches and tried to blame my wife. That night I wrote to the owner. He made good and then some. I trust that he does not run his shop like that. He took care of the problem and took care of us. We are very happy with how it was all resolved and he earned out business back. Thanks!

I have purchased from this company before, I had no reservations returning for another purchase.

The site was not accepting my credit card so I had to call for help twice...sounded like I was speaking to a guy watching tv on his couch. Told me to wait an hour and see if it goes through. (I could tell it wouldn't) Called back after an hour and he told me to wait 24 hours to go back online and order it.

i bought an MJW for my son. they shipped so fast that i received what i ordered 2 days after i placed it. i was at first expecting a tracking number from them, but was even surprised that my package was already on the door! Excellent! will highly recommend!
