Not only was the price great on my Citizens Promaster, but they are an authorized dealer, so I know my warranty is valid.

I cancelled this transaction and did not complete it. Yet I received an email thanking me for my purchase. I DO NOT WANT THIS TRANSACTION TO GO THROUGH !!!!!!!!!!
Response from WatchCo.comDec 22, 2016
Hello Cynthia, This transaction was indeed canceled per your request. No transaction went through. TrustPilot unfortunately has misinformed you that his gone through. For the confusion they caused, I sincerely apologize. We have asked TrustPilot to look at the emails we have exchanged stating that no transaction was processed, and unfortunately they have rudely refused. I could not be more sorry for the way they have treated you. Please let us know if we can make this you to you.

I buy quite a few watches from time to time - I always use The Watch Co as the range is excellent and pricing is very reasonable. I have two very expensive watches but use Watch Co to buy my daily watches which attract normal wear and tear and then I replace them!
