The Watch Co. had the best price, and my watch arrived in it's original unopened box. I also liked the appearance of their web site...very professional looking and polished. This does establish a feeling of trust when you are purchasing a $100+ item online.

Excellent to hear! Thanks so much for the kind words on our site, and enjoy the watch! :)

I never received an email confirmation or notice of shipping. I am beginning to suspect you are a fraudulent company. If I don't hear from you within the next week, I am reporting you to Paypal. Thank God I didn't give you my credit card information.

Hello em, I am very sorry to hear this! We immediately re-sent the order confirmation email and shipping email to the email address you provided. We notice you chose to leave a one-star review on TrustPilot a few hours after you had placed the order on the weekend rather than email or call us--was there a reason for this? We have left voice mails and emails with the contact information you provided but have not received any returned messages from you. Can you please email us at [email protected] or call us at (800) 584-1618? Those are much better venues for communication rather than trying to communicate via a review site. Thank you! I like this way of shopping my name is Steve Elliott and I placed an order a few weeks ago for a G Shock watch and it never arrived and I did not get much info back. Today I just re signed up an new account and re ordered the watch.....I will check my Visa to make sure I did not get charged with no product. Hope this one makes it...this time I received lots of confirmation this time. I was hoping you could see if I have 2 accounts open under Steve Elliott-1020 Adelaide street south, London , Ontario??
Response from WatchCo.comMar 13, 2017
Thanks, Steve! We only show one order and one account for you. Are you sure you placed both orders on WatchCo.com? If so, please send the two confirmation emails you received to [email protected] so we can investigate. Thanks, again!!
