Strange as it seems I purchased this item to use as a prop to go with the Shrek Gingerbread Man. Shrek Jr musical. It was just the right size and not too heavy for the actor to hold and still operate the puppet. Thanks

Ease of ordering, fast shipment. My only complaint was the cost of shipment. Especially when shipping was more than the product ( 3 bread cumbers ) was, but very happy with the product itself.

I purchased these to match mine from the 1970's. There are actually several different "Versions" of the Chateau but these match very closely and are a great bargain. I find them heavier than the older ones and they appear to be great quality.

Bowls came on time and packed well. They were smaller than anticipated. We measured our existing larger bowls, and thought they were the same. We are buying for home use, and wish we could have had a variety of color choices. We are grateful to have a source for Syracuse-china, we have had our set for 12 years, and have broken a single bowl to date.

I had ordered 2 three tiered black metal racks for an upcoming event that were at an unbeatable price. When they were delivered, it looked like one of the boxes was demolished and there was a bent basket. I called them and explained what had happened and they sent me a new one free of charge and didn't task me with the hassle of sending the damaged one back. They were extremely polite and more than accommodating to my needs. I would definitely order from them again!
