Quality products at great prices
I recently ordered a stainless steel pot and some really nice serving spoons from Wasserstrom. I was very happy with all of the products and the service I received.

Received what I ordered
Received everything I ordered at the best price I could find. Did take a little while to get it though. Had to ship from different places.

Great Experience
Made a mistake on my order. They returned the item with no hassle. They responded quickly to my communications. Joe was great. The correct items were exactly as advertised and a good price. Will be using them again.

Great Service
We were looking for a somewhat unusual sized pie pan, found it at Wasserstrom, ordered and received in a few days. Great service and did I mention, a good quality product that was just what we were looking for. Mark Graham

Bad Shipping, Good Customer Service
It was comical to receive one half of a mop broom.....kinda' dopey when it came to those in the packing department. What are you going to do with one half of a broom handle? Ask for the rest of the product, correct? Well, even though there was a mistake in shipping, customer service immediately corrected the error in packing and sent us "the rest of the broom", new head and all. Congratulations fora job well done.

Poor delivery
Where you say 4 to 5 days delivery...it took almost 10. Never again.

3 weeks to deliver 2 frypans!
As a former Lincoln employee I was disappointed that it took over 3 weeks to get a 10" & 12" skillet. When this operation was in Ft. Wayne, this stuff shipped next day.
