Not a fan of the synthetic rope. I used it twice. Pulled two f250s on the trailer and rope looks almost melted. Only had it about 2 weeks mounted. Looks nices and has a nice hook.

The winch is beyond excellent BUT there is no phone number for customer service. Even to send a simple Email is the most complicated process where you have to request that right. Complete non sense. Get ready for frustration.
