only reason giving a one star review is…
only reason giving a one star review is no phone number to contact. everything thru email which it worked but took 3 days for me to find out what part I need it and put in order. other then that , winch product are top notch in my books.

Wow I was really impressed with my…
Wow I was really impressed with my purchase. I feel like I got a great deal. A 12.5 winch, synthetic rope, two remotes for the price was great. I ordered it mid morning and it arrived the next afternoon! Crazy! Really happy with the quality. Wrecker Rick endorsed it so that why I was looking at the winch.

Winch cover price ridiculous.
Bought a car hauler in March of 2026 that came with a warrior winch. So far the winch works great except for the wireless remote, if one car is on the trailer it blocks the signal going to the receiver, very frustrating when loading inop cars & the winch won’t work. I’ve moved the receiver back to the center of the trailer, we’ll see if that helps. My main gripe tho is the $70 cover that, after only 5 months, is completely faded & dry rotting ! I can get a cheap $20 cover off of Amazon that will last about a year. 🤷🏼‍♂️
