Poor customer service email them 10 times no response just took a chance and purchase the 12500lb winch hope I have no problems

Poor Customer Service, Product Support
We replaced a Smittybilt winch with a Warrior because we were told they were better and the trailer manufacturer was switching from Smittybilt to Warrior. The customer for whom we swapped out the winch, on their trailer, was only able to use it for less than 2 months before the solenoid went bad and rendered the new Warrior Winch and subsequently, the entire trailer useless. We contacted Warrior and explained the situation and asked for support/replacement parts. They responded asking us to provide proof of purchase. We were given the replacement winch through our trailer manufacturer and gave Warrior their contact info so that they could receive proof of purchase. Long story short, Warrior was ZERO help in getting us the replacement parts, in order to get our customers trailer back up and running. The customer uses this trailer on a daily basis and now, this has probably costed us their future business, all because Warrior will not support and stand behind their products. I suggest looking elsewhere for better winches and better service. This whole fiasco was around a month long and we are still waiting.

Great product and great packaging but it doesn’t come with a template of where to drill the holes.
