Looks like a well built winch , 2 wireless remotes plus a hard wired switch is nice . Haven’t use yet but installed easy . I reversed install and used long leads from motor to solenoid and shorts to my battery hook ups so as to locate my solenoid in a dry location under hood of my utv .

Ease of navigating the website, from locating what I needed, to placing the order. The email communication with updates on lead time was helpful in coordinating with my customer his repair time.

I haven't used it yet to winch my car into our toy hauler but it worked well in my shop. I bought the cordless controller and it worked very well and easily worked by just plugging it in. I like the self-contained box to keep all the parts to use it together. It even had room for the cordless control. I know reviewers bashed the plastic tool box it comes in, but if you take a little care and realize a plastic handle won't be strong enough to support a 40 lb load. It has side grips at both ends which are plenty sturdy enough to carry the winch and for me frankly easier to carry than the handle would be. Looking forward to being able to sit in my car to guide it into the trailer while using the wireless control. More review to come!
