I purchased the ninja 3500 with synthetic line I have no idea if the winch even works because the power cables that came in the package(WINCH TO BATTERY) is 71’’LONG absolutely way too short, the American made winch that I’m replacing The cables were approximately 8 foot long perfect .Your handlebar switch that goes near. The battery is approximately 8 foot long perfect.Hopefully YOUR R&D that designed the winch did not decide on the accessories (CABLE LENGTH) I also called like use my telephone call left multiple messages. No return call yet. Also left a message in your message box on your website. The only response I have received from y’all is to give you a review so here’s a review.

Thank you for your reply, We do not stipulate how long the cable is due to the fact we dont know how big your vehicle is. 99% of customers have no issue with the battery cable length at 2m. We are looking into the customer service issues we are currently having in th US and are working on improving that area of our service. We apologise for this inconvenience that will be resolved soon
