We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We did reach out via email on the 8th of October, but it seems we haven’t received a reply as yet. It’s possible our message didn’t come through, so please could you check your inbox (and spam folder) or email us again. We’d love the opportunity to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your order, it appears the shipping address was entered incorrectly during checkout. Unfortunately, for security and fraud prevention reasons, we’re unable to modify addresses once an order has been placed. The goods are currently being returned to us by the carrier, and a refund will be issued once they are received back at our facility. Thank you for your understanding,

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your order. We can confirm that your items were dispatched from our warehouse on a fully tracked service, but unfortunately, it appears there were some courier delays and a lost parcel during transit. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. A refund has been processed for the missing items, and we hope this helps resolve the matter for you. Please be assured that we are always working to improve our service and continue to monitor our courier partners closely to help prevent situations like this in the future. Thank you for your understanding,
