outstanding Customer Service of all
First of all, I like to thank wrecker Rick from Murphy’s diesel we’re talking about your winter so much. They convince me in the buying one for myself. I’m gonna mount it on my tilt trailer. Never know when I gotta pull my tractor up on something so I broke down and bought a new trailer a new winch And very pleased with the ordering process and how great it was to deal with a great company. communication is a key and you guys went well and beyond to get me the product. Thanks again Big Mike County Ice.

The 20k winch stopped working
The 20k winch stopped working, I would like someone to contact me about replacement, reimbursement options. The cable that comes with it from factory is not very good quality, I have not come close to pulling 20k max (15k) is all I have winches on my trailer and has flattened out the cable, motor has stopped working so I have replaced it with another brand . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. At the moment, we’re unable to locate a 20k winch under your order number, as our system is only showing an order for a remote. We are keen to resolve this for you, however, and we have reached out to you directly to gather additional details and do our best to determine what options may be available. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.

Poor Customer Service
Purchased a 18k hydraulic winch & 25k electric winch. Both being returned exclusively due to poor customer service. I will not do business with this company. Their completely unrelated reply is a good marketing attempt to make it look like something else. I get weekly shipments to this commercial location with simple appointments. Now they are holding my funds hostage for one winch Im returning & one I've never received. Be careful doing business with them.

We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your order, we found that the items were shipped as requested, but we were informed after dispatch that the delivery address was an unmanned site. High-value equipment such as an 18k hydraulic winch and a 25k electric winch requires a manned delivery location to ensure safe and successful receipt. Had we known this beforehand, we would have been happy to arrange an alternative delivery method or address that met your requirements. We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we are sorry you feel our customer service has been poor. We remain committed to resolving the return smoothly and are always available should you wish to discuss the matter further.
