They have good prices. The glasses are more of a hipster and urban style that’s pretty cool. I like that they have different designs and patterns on the frames in different colors. I’ve bought from them a few times and have never been disappointed.

Nicely designed glasses. Very stylish and affordable. I like that they give away pairs to charity too. Buy like 3 pairs at a time in different colors to wear with different outfits.

Good place to get glasses. The basic pairs are cheap enough to buy several styles so you can mix up your fashion choices and colors a bit. The eye exam also went nicely. All in all I’m happy buying a new pair or two every year and building up a nice collection of modern glasses.

I like the design of their glasses and the simple pricing system. I prefer getting several pairs of these and rotating through them as a better option than paying the same price for one really nice pair from another company.

I bought some acrylic glasses from Warby Parker around 2013 to be my spare pair (in case my main glasses were damaged or I got bored of them). I didn't wear them very much. Alas the frame broke a few years later. I then emailed Warby Parker, and they replaced the broken frames for me. Great customer service! The replacement frames were also my spare pair for a while, but I have been wearing them all day every day for months now. I like the shape and colour, and they have proved to be really durable. Really happy with them.

I have had a pair of Warby Parker for about 6 months now. I loved the experience of buying glasses from them. I ordered 5 different glasses and got to try them at home. It was very easy to send them back and then re-ordering the frame that I wanted. It arrived in a super cute box. They are really comfortable and stylish. My husband just ordered a pair today as well :)

I requested some eye glass samples to see if I liked them... and had them much longer than the ample window they provide. Upon calling them to ask for more time (as I procrastinated) they were very accommodating. While I didn't end up loving any of the frames - I would definitely buy from them based on their competitive prices and their great customer support
