As another reviewer below wrote, the adjustment process is a pain and not worth the trouble. The most uncomfortable (but stylish) glasses which never seem to fit. I have two of their glasses but never again. The overall cost at Warby Parker may initially seem less, but don't be fooled. With multiple adjustments needed, because somehow the staff never seems to get it right in one go, or even having to send back the glasses for an exchange, the time and effort adds up. NOT WORTH IT! My time is precious. Also, NEVER order their progressive lenses online. Just does not work. My two cents: look elsewhere. Tip for consumers: If you want progressive lens, get in-store service (do not use the app). If you need adjustments, get in-store service (do not watch the video which describes how to do it at home – even the staff at Warby Parker said that the video method does not work!). Service is generally great; the frames and fit are horrible. The material is really hard and will give wearers a headache unless it is properly adjusted, and the adjustment is a pain.

Worst glasses I’ve ever owned. Owned two pairs and within a year both were scratched. These are the only glasses I’ve ever owned that scratched. The first time it happened I gave them another shot and replaced them with the $50 discount they gave me and 7 months later the new ones scratched and they offered me another $50 to replace. At this point I should have bought something better.

I ordered contacts days ago. I called to check on when they would arrive. Apparently they had trouble with my credit card and did not place the order. I told the agent how disappointed i was that my contacts were not on the way and why didn't someone reach out to say there was a problem with the card. She said sorry but could see no contact had been made. She tried the card again and it went through just fine. I thought i would give them a try with contact. I will be going back to those who specialize in contacts.

My glasses were supposed to be here yesterday, but they're not even finished. Customer service has no idea why. I'm left to wonder when I'll get my glasses after being told that they would be expedited because I broke my current pair.

Following up on my earlier review. It has now been over a month, Two promised delivery dates have come and gone. At no time did the company take the initiative and contact me after a delivery date was missed. I called them today and they said they should be ready to ship in 3-6 business days. I might have been willing to give them a third chance if they had offered a reasonable discount. The most they would offer is a 15% discount. Pretty pathetic. I cancelled the order. Don’t waste your time. There are lots of places to buy glasses. This company obviously just cares about advertising and marketing to get new customers and not about taking care of them.

Not buying again. Really unhappy with the customer service team….

I have used WP for many sets of glasses, and their service used to be excellent. Their service is now terrible, and their workmanship and craftsmanship of terrible Quality. After a minor physical insult to my four month old progressives, the one arm of the frame became irreversibly bent. I have worn glasses for five decades and have never broken any. WP will not sell the identical Frame to me and put in the perfectly good - and incredibly expensive lenses - ostensibly because lenses are cut for each unique Frame. Doesn’t say much about the frame-making, but says a lot about the service - there is no attempt to solve this problem. DO NOT USE WP. They are terrible.

Warby customer service would not return any emails I sent inquiring about their lense options or questions of insurance providers. I sent multiple emails from both personal and work email. Zero response.
