I have been wearing WP glasses since they opened their first store in New York City. The lenses used to remain scratch free for at least 2 years. My last 2 pairs have become almost unwearable after 6 months. And this is even with the sales person saying that they would put an extra scratch resistant coating on them. I will not be purchasing another pair of WPs. I am very disappointed. complaining on their website got me nowhere!

Warby Parker is the worst. Went in and paid for a combination glasses and contacts exam in Wisconsin. I personally don't wear plastic framed glasses so I waited for the contacts trail to come in but after a Month no trails. My work assignment was ending so I contacted them by phone and they said they would send them to my home. 10 days later the trails came and the prescription was wrong or the contact were made wrong. I go to my account on the Warby Parker website and NO CONTACTS PRESCRIPTION Contacted them again by phone and was told ai had to go in for a contracts follow up. I did so when I reached Illinois and was given another Brand of contacts, now over a Month later NOTHING! Over 2Months and NOTHING Today is September 23, 2026 Called and requested a refund and got Nothing but the run around ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN BECAUSE WARBY PARKER IS THERE TO RIP YOU OFF IN STORE OR ONLINE!!!

Avoid this company, I would give zero stars if possible. I tried to order online and I uploaded a valid prescription, regaurdless of if it was expired or not, it was valid for me and still fine, I thought I would save money by ordering here and they made me pay upfront and then just to go through over a week of hassle and them wanting me to pay for another exam. Then getting a refund was a total hassle.I will never use this comoany or anyone they are affliated with again, I won't even do retail business with the exam store they tried to hustle me into.

I need new glasses and was considering this company , after the comment Arch Manning made about thinking it is hilarious to abuse women I would never purchase from Warby Parker, you should be ashamed as a company to have a spokesperson who would find that humorous. Pathetic company.

Kept texting me that my order was in process. I finally had to cancel the order because my contacts didn’t come. They didn’t care

17 days to receive a pair of glasses is completely unacceptable, especially after paying extra for expedited shipping. This company is extremely slow and clearly does not value its customers’ time. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They are incompetent and their service is unacceptable.

I looked online first then went to physical store in Carlsbad, CA. The guy took my measurements and took the order. Apparently he forgot to put in my pupillary distance and I’ve called customer service 3 times and I finally just canceled my order. Very poor service and not really any cheaper than anyone else. Big disappointment!!!

Horrible service in Park Meadows Denver Store. I specially booked for “contact lens exam” and they just want to get money for regular eye exam and wanted me to come back again for contact lens exam. Very pathetic experience.
