Ordered a prescription on the 15th of October on the 21st received notice shipment was not going to be delivered as it had been lost there was no new shipping information call the 800 number they tell me they will ship it out for next day I live in California they are in Florida I called at 6 a.m. on the 21st and now I will get it the next Monday which is the 25th which is 10 days from the original order do not use if you need to actually receive what you ordered and there's no refunds on prescriptions so you can't cancel it after waiting 10 days wonderful world of Walmart

I would give zero stars if I could. First of all the item, I ordered doesn't require an RX. I checked out paying nearly 7.00 shipping, because I wasn't spending 35.00 on prescriptions. After two days of nothing happening, in-process awaiting fulfillment, I called customer service. They researched and said they didn't have the product. I suggested they remove it. They canceled my order and sent me a confirmation email of the cancellation. I paid using PayPal. I used cash from my account. PayPal's policy is to hold the funds for 30 days awaiting shipment. I called Paypal. The email meant nothing to them. Once they got the cancellation from the retailer, funds would be released. I contacted customer service two more times. The last time, someone told me they were escalating my case and sending a request to management, to be sure an electronic cancellation notice was sent to Paypal. They said it's happened with credit cards too. That was over 2 weeks ago. My funds are still tied up. In a week or so it will finally be thirty days! UPDATE It reached 30 days today. Paypal released my money. This vendor should have a properly working website.

I used to tell people I saved a few bucks on my cats insulin by ordering here but this last order has been a nightmare. Walmart is blaming my vet for walmarts mistakes in authorizing the prescription. Other recent reviews shows walmart loses a lot of prescriptions. My vet are nice people and walmart was rude to their staff, and to me. 4th and last day of attempting before I escalate this way further than it needs.

I'm sorry there isn't an option to give petrx a zero rating. It's the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had. We've been getting the runaround for a week on drugs our vet wrote a prescription for. We'll have to find another way to get the meds before all our animals get sick and die.

Prices are good, but you will need to call them everyday just to get your order completed and sent. Website and receipt says, free 2 day shipping. Never has that happened to me. I place my order, call them the next day and then each day after that. Finally after 4 weeks of calling each day, my order shows up. They are terrible. Customer service conveniently says, oh your order is ready to ship out this afternoon!, just to make you happy and get off phone. Buy from your vet, let’s not give these people our money anymore.

This site had the best price on the script I needed for my dog. If it's too good to be true, it is. Terrible experience. First they only sent over one of my two scripts to the vet. The vet said they were sent to the business office. This is University of Penn vet, not some little vet office. So she finally approved them and let me know. The next morning I get an email from Walmart Pet Rx saying they were still waiting? I had to email customer service and tell them they were approved. Days later waiting for my script. I look online and it still hadn't shipped! I asked why and was told the one med was on back order. No one ever called me or sent me an email letting me know. So basically a whole week wasted, ran out of meds for my dog, and ended up ordering from Chewy anyway. Don't waste your time with this scam.

They started off good but now instead of the 2 day shipping I'm out almost 10 days. I signed up for auto ship. Now FedEx says it won't be her for another 6 days. When I called customer service they said FedEx is having problems with delays. Ok...so if you know that then shouldn't you take the time to email your customers? So my dog will be out of pills. They are a slight bit cheaper than getting the meds from the vet but at least with the vet you can just go pick them up. So much for saving money. Not worth your time to go through them. Same problems with PetMeds.

Dog is missing heart disease and cushings disease medicine for a few days because of their awful fulfillment! I placed the order a week before my dog would run out and I had to call my vet several times since I was getting alerts that the vets had not responded to the prescription approval. I called the vet multiple times with them telling me they got it and they told me they sent soon after it was ordered. It was already the 15th and my order was still on pharmacy hold and I was still getting notices. I contacted their customer service again and got no response the second time I asked for an update. My order was placed on the 11th and shipped on the 17th with upgraded next day shipping after I asked customer service why it was held as my dog needed meds asap and which vet was taking so long to respond. It was the one that personally told me they sent in the prescription already. My dog ran out of 2 medications already and I won’t get it until the 20th. How utterly unprofessional of a PHARMACY that claims to get orders out within 24-48 hours. That’s an outright lie. Pets need their medication just as much as humans do. I’m going to stick with a online pharmacy that cares about pets rather than another money grab company. Very upset about this whole ordeal.
