I decided to give them a try because I needed smaller quantities that others like Chewy didn’t offer. The first order went well. I ordered, got it verified by my vet same day and the prescription was shipped the next day.
This time has been a nightmare. I ordered 8 days ago, called 3 times and the prescription still hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped! Customer service was friendly enough but can “only email the pharmacy” for escalation which isn’t helpful. I will not be using them again. Prescriptions are time sensitive.

Walmart contracted Allivet to fulfill…
Walmart contracted Allivet to fulfill their pet prescription orders. Run for your dog's life. They'll claim your vet never contacted them to give prescription even though your vet said they did. I never had this issue with 1800petmeds or Chewy.

The slowest fulfillment
So slow to fill prescriptions. I will not be using Walmart Pet RX again. I wish I looked at the reviews before I placed my order.

I ordered two pet enemas that my pet…
I ordered two pet enemas that my pet was unable to use because she was terminally ill. We had to have her put down later that month (July). The Walmart PetRX person was kind and sympathetic and comped the shipping of the box back to their Florida location a few days ago (August). Chewy didn't even have the pet enemas to begin with and that's why I tried Walmart PetRX.

Bait and Switch on Walmart Petrx website
I been using Walmart petrx since January, nothing but issues and delays. Promises of credit (never received). Main issue I have is timing of shipments. As website states (including on there resource page) free 2 day shipping on orders over $35.00. Warning do not believe 2 day shipping. After numerous customer service calls over past 8 months, I was able to speak with a supervisor, although she is not employ by Walmart nor is Walmartpetrx a real company. Company that uses name, pays Walmart a premium to use name, just another revenue stream for Walmart. Back to my complaint, since I gotten use to the delays from So called WalmartPetrx, I've adjusted my ordering for my very sick dog. Most recent issue, Place order on August 6th, early morning, as per there resource page should have been processed, but no normal excuse from them. Finally received e-mail on August 10th, order has been shipped, which means should receive in two days, since order was over $40.00. Checking the order this morning I will not receive until Monday evening August 16th. Here's the issue I have, website clearly states "Free 2 day shipping for orders over $35.00", resource page confirm statement. In speaking with supervisor, she claims that resource page states any package over 1lb is subject to shipping Fed EX ground, no guarantee of 2 day shipping. No where on website can I find that statement. This is black and white bait and switch........it's a lie they should be held accountable for their poor service and website.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. The pharmacy was out of one of my two prescriptions for my dog. They shipped one but not the other. Due their inability to keep the item in stock, my order did not come up to over $35 and I was charged $7 shipping for a $12 medication. Customer service refused to refund me the shipping cost. So not only was I inconvenienced by not having my dogs medication, I also had to pay all the extra shipping costs.

Support is terrible, and Autoship is even worse!
Support is terrible. 80% of all of my support calls for several days was dropped and I had to call back repeatedly. DO NOT autoship anything! You MUST call to cancel any autoship, and you have a very difficult time even getting thru to support. Not worth the small discount (Amazon prices are about the same as the "discounted" Walmart $ anyway). Something is definitely wrong at all Walmart companies. The worst management and customer experiences possible.
