using WalmartPetRX has been a terrible decision. my dog has tape worms and my vet was out of drontel, as were all the pharmacies in my area. I decided to order through here. I was told I would receive two day shipping. here we are 8 days later, and the medication has been delayed 4 more days. it is still out of stock other places in my area. absolutely will never be using this again.

I would steer clear of this business. Not sure if it is leadership, training, or processes, but they are a mess. Spent a week trying to order two prescriptions for my puppy. They claimed they contacted my vet several times over several days when they had not at all. They promised to call immediately last Friday to get it approved when I called and complained. They did not. They finally did sent the approval request to my vet this morning j(Monday) at 6:24am in Arizona, then they sent me an email stating they tried again and failed. My vet approved it when they got into the office, I called and verified that with them. Received voice mail from Walmart PetRx that it had been approved and to call them. Called them. The rep said that they had NOT heard from my vet and it was still not approved. Yea, ok. Canceled the order. No more business with Walmart PetRx.

A week after ordering my pet's medication, I'm still waiting for it to be shipped out even though my vet approved the prescription the day after I ordered. I will never order from this company again. Pure incompetence.

Shady AF! You can’t cancel auto ship orders on the website. Who in 2021 doesn’t have a convenient way to stop orders or cancel your account? The only thing I could do was delete my credit card so I’m not forced to pay. I hope it works? **addendum** 07/25/21 I was able to cancel my account by calling the phone number listed on the site. It didn’t take long and the rep was courteous. That made up for some of my frustration.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME

I signed up my cat and dog for different vet offices, but Walmart sent both requests to the same vet office. I called them to have this fixed, and while they assured me they'd correct this and send the request to the right offices per each animal, this did not happen. Meanwhile, I'm getting emailed notifications from them about their 3rd, 4th, and 5th attempts to contact the vet... called the cat's vet and they still have not received any requests from Walmart, ever. Called Walmart AGAIN to see what was going on, system still shows wrong vet for cat somehow (??) and they resent to vet. Today I got a 6th email notification about contacting the vet. Feels like borderline harassment if they are still bothering the wrong vet's office. The emails don't specify which vet office is being contacted, nor for which pet or which meds. This is extremely frustrating, more than two weeks have passed and I've been unable to get flea meds.

Incompetent place to have your pets Rx filled. Go somewhere else. Placed order on 6/20/21 for demorsedan. Checked backed 2 days later and they said they hadn't received the approval fax back, verified fax and called vet, no fax received back. Called Walmartpetrx back and they will email, fax and call vet. With that said there is no way that they could get out of this one. Called Walmartpetrx on 6/26/21 to check back and they said they have gotten nothing back. I know that when I email my vet or call, I get an answer right away. So, I pulled my order and closed my account. Will never order from them again! *****************""***************""**********"""""" I needed to edit this review to add that today 7/22/21 I got and email from Walmartpetrx saying that they were cancelling my order because my vet never replied! Didn't I call them on 6/26/21 and tell to cancel my order and close my account? This is a very BIG corporate office that doesn't know what they are doing!

I wanted to give it 0 stars. Website browser on a desktop doesn’t let you login with same password as you use on mobile no matter what you do. Website is very gimmicky and you’ll never be able to cancel an auto ship yourself if you change your mind or want to purchase from a different company. You have to call someone….I called someone and they allegedly cancelled all three (how are there three of the same auto ship???) of them per my request. So I’m sitting around and then get an email saying an order will be here soon. So those auto ships were never actually cancelled…..yay. Somehow I have three auto ships I still can’t cancel and after looking on where to cancel or delete the account…nothing,..crickets. It’s like they want to trap their customers especially the ones who are probably not tech savvy. So I have to call again tomorrow and maintain my resting nurse voice and hope to dear god I can cancel the account. I’ve removed the payment method, Rx and Vet but I’m highly annoyed and ticked off at such a terrible website and service in 2021 and I don’t trust that they won’t try to pull something. I’m confused why such a simple thing is making me this mad. I just think it boils down to being transparent with customers and allowing them autonomy with their purchasing. It never really pays to trick your customers or have a lazy website that makes you jump through hoops (I thought websites are supposed to make things easier and eliminate the need to speak to a live person), especially in 2021. Seeeee ya Walmart, you’re bad for this.
