Two day shipping??? False advertising. The first time they told me that that means it would arrive two days AFTER they ship it. That’s is crazy. Two day shipping typically means you will get an order two days after you order it. On the next order it shipped on the third day and then wasn’t due to arrive 5 days later. How in the world is any part of this two day shipping. False advertising. Never order from them if you are in any type of hurry.

first time and last time ordering from walmart petrx. i placed an order on 1/22, and needed to received the meds by 2/1. received an email several days later, on 1/26, from customer service telling me i had to confirm the shipping and billing addresses because they were different. never had to do this with any other business, ever. i called customer service back to confirm on 1/28 and of course they confirmed it wouldn't arrive by 2/1 like i needed. i expressed my disappointment, because again, never had to deal with a situation like this before. so, the customer service rep offered expedited shipping to help. i accepted and then he immediately took it back because now the medication was now sold out. so, of course i'm pissed because if they just would have shipped my order when i placed it, instead of wasting an entire week, my dog would have the meds she needs for her liver. pissed is an understatement.

Terrible place to go for your beloved pets!! They advertise 2 day shipping but it's really a week or more to get your order, even after shipping it's more than 3 days to get it. Your pet will be without much needed medicine and no one cares or responds when you contact them.

They are Robbing me!! I did not authorize the payment they put on my card and contacted them as soon as I saw it. They won't cancel the order THEY PLACED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!

Pet Rx are inconsistent in sending out Rx. They’re rude. I was sent the wrong medication. It was for someone else’s pet. And when I called they were not too worried. And did not follow through with the resolution they worked out with me. Now after complaining about how catastrophic their mistake could have been to my elderly pet. I’m having to wait over 10 days for my order. This has not been waiting on vet approval. So I would go with a more reputable company who stands behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I can’t believe Walmart is connected at all.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order with WalmartPetRX. I have waited a week for my dogs prescription, and as of this morning it still has not shipped. Ugh! Too many delays. The discount price is not worth the aggravation.

Walmartpetrx has become very unreliable. My last order was placed in plenty of time to be refilled. However, it got lost either by Walmart or FedEx (another unreliable company). They then offered to replace it, but now 2 days later, they are telling me that they are out of stock of the Rx so it will be another 3-4 days before they can ship. So, my beloved Vasco will be out of his meds for likely a week. So, bottom line is Walmartpetrx is very competitive on price, but may not deliver when you and your pet need it.

Don't even think about making an order with these jokers. You will never get what you ordered on time. You will never get any resolution with customer service. I don't know how Walmart lets their name be used with such a service. If they are not associated with walmart then they should sue this company.
