Customer service is a joke. Constant errors. Had to make multiple calls to resolve issues created by their own inept customer service team. Not sure why a company as big as Walmart cannot hire competent employees. Chewy is more expensive but will need to switch because WalmartPetRx is a complete shitshow.

Don't fall for their 50% off for your first auto-ship order. They do not honor the 50%. I ordered a $70 prescription and they should have taken $35 off my order. Instead they charged me $53 for it. I called and tried to explain, but before I even finished explaining that I didn't get the 50% off as promised, the guy hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else and that person refused to honor the 50% off for my first auto-ship, so I cancelled my auto-ship immediately and will NEVER use it again! Worst customer service- ever!

Neither Chewy nor 1800petmeds had the prescription flea preventative that I needed so I tried Walmart Pet Rx. I placed my order by phone, which was very easy. The wait time was brief and the person who took my order was patient and pleasant. I placed the order on Monday and they immediately contacted my vet office for approval and the pills were in Wednesday's mail. Cost was the same as the other companies and there was no charge for 2 day mail. Their service was excellent for me and I plan to use them again.

Price and website ok, service terrible. Two issues. First, the website says, "20% off your first autoship," and NOWHERE does it have any terms or limitations, no *, no link -- but they only deducted $20. Then after the order, I asked and they say that it is limited to $20. I placed my order in good faith. Second: It showed as waiting for Rx. I contacted my vet. They had approved it. So I asked walmartrx to re-request. A day later, still nothing. I contacted them again. They looked in file and found a note saying it had been approved. Two contacts needed from me to get their error fixed.

You cant cancel an autoship from your account. You have to call. Utter bs.

Order meds 2 day shipping on 10-25 . Was informed they’d be delivered 10-29 ( not exactly two days ). Package was just “delayed” another day. I canceled the order and went to chewy ! Historically they deliver next day . Learned my lesson !

walmart pet RX is a Waste of time. VET emailed us, Then WE FORWARED the Email, and these Clowns including SUPERVISOR wasted Entire Day, Not doing what VET asked. Then You call them, Speak to Some Supervisor which cannot Read correct. STAY FAR AWAY!

I started ordering from Walmart PET RX about 2 months ago and was very satisfied. That is until today. My GSD had a nasal mast and has been thru a CT and surgery. She has used all of her ins until Dec 2nd. We are pinching pennies and my emotions are raw Last week I called them and spoke to a Shawn about pricing for chemo and how to get a written script to them. He told me and gave me address. He gave me a rough idea of cost. Well I misplaced info. I am truly having a hard time about my dog. Anyway I called again to today and got Shawn again. He was put out that I need info again. He said I gave you all that last week. I said I needed it again. He just sat on the phone not saying a word like it was mute. I told him what I needed again. I said you know what , you aren't the only game in town and hung up. I then called Pets Med RX. Along with all the worry and sadness, I didn't need that. My suggestion check out your local Walmart first, they carry alot of pet meds. Not all of the. We have a super nice pharmacy and and use it when we can. I have three other prescription at Walmart pet rx and whdn they run out, I will switch to the one I used today. My name is Christine
