I went in for my vaccinations which were required by my doctor, the pneumonia shot was one of them, Jaileen at the pharmacy dept questioned why was I having the pneumonia shot since I was not 65, I replied my doctor said I should have the vaccine and I was going by what the doctor requested after all she is the doctor, Jaileen announced (where there were other customers) if I had an underlying condition she was not discreet at all, it obvious she does not follow the HIPAA law. She embarrassed me. I replied to her "forget the vaccine" and I left. Jaileen has a voice that everyone hears. I feel she needs to be schooled on how it is to speak to a customer and to be discreet, and if a doctor has a request who is she to question the patient/customer. Not to mention, The arm where she gave me the flu shot has a pump and bruised. As I continue to watch it I hope it does not turn to an abscess.

I went online to see if they had something in stock they did. It was for $3.50 when I got to the store the same item was $10. Asinine 70% more in the store. So I continue to order online. I have a gift card but when I went to check out it says I can't use the gift card for online orders. Must be in store only. What the hell? No other store is like this. Money is money isn't it? So why can't I use my money on an online order?

Hello. Today I spent hours trying to redeem a 20% off of $50 or more coupon. The conditions were very clear but I assumed that somehow I was making a mistake because it wouldn't work with my order. I finally called corporate and spoke with an associate who informed me that this was a misprint. She said that Walgreens has the option to not accept coupons in erroneous matters. I don't think that this is a good practice. Why should the customer have to be denied what's in black-and-white because of Company error? The associate was very matter of fact and not willing to negotiate. Very bad Customer service.

The person that gave the Covid booster shot was disorganized and did a terrible job giving the shot. I’ve never had a worse shot. She went in at a snails pace. She didn’t squeeze my arm a little before putting shot in. And my fiancé even said he’d never seen a shot go in that slow before. I will never be back and I will look for other formats to complain about my experience here. My arm is still aching and burning! 2010 cliff road at 6pm

Walgreens pharmacy fills RXs with partial pills (half thickness pills and broken pills that do not equal a whole pill) and will not correct it if you don’t discover it BEFORE leaving the store. Count and inspect your pills BEFORE you leave the store!

Pharmacy staff are overwhelmed and overworked and there are many concerns about their ability to accurately fill prescription. This may not be true for every store but it is true for 227 south Main Street in Manchester, NH. Be warned

I’ve contacted Walgreens repeatedly for several years about my supposed online account, with no results. When I attempt to log in, a pop-up says there is no record of my email address. When I attempt to open a new account, a pop-up says that my email address is already registered. !!!??? Really !!? This nonsense means that I can’t use any Walgreen coupons, which requires logging into my account, thereby necessitating me to take my business elsewhere. Why would any business have such a website, when it is so useless???

Signed my grandkids up for the COVID vaccine 11 and 13 years old. Each one had a different version due to age. When we arrived for the appointments 11-20-2023 , I inquired about the vaccine for myself. I asked to check my insurance to see if it was covered. The pharmacist said, “ the vaccine is free for everyone.”While completing the kids information, the pharmacist tells me that they didn’t have the vaccine for the 11year old, and I asked about the 13 year old. She said, “ We don’t take their insurance.” Well, you just said it was free and now you don’t take their insurance! She goes on to tell me about the other pharmacies that I can try!
