I use the Walgreens on Garfield and 37th Avenue in Loveland Colorado. I recently broke my leg and have had increased medication and medical expenses. Tonight when I called, Mandy answered the phone and told me my prescription would be ready soon. I asked about the price and she stated the price of 123.00 and then said, can you hold on a moment, I want to check to see if there is a coupon I can use for you. I said sure and she came back shortly and said, I'm about to make your day, you're prescription will cost 46.00 and some change. SERIOUSLY??? Who does that anymore? I just send my thankfulness and gratitude to Mandy at the Walgreens on 37th and Garfield. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Mandy! You helped me out more tonight than you will ever know! Carolyn

I’ve been dealing with Walgreens for a couple years now. I can’t believe what they did regarding the prescription I was trying to transfer. I was told they sent it to the pharmacy that I wanted. The pharmacy said that they never received it. So I called the corporate office and made a case for it. They in turn said they couldn’t do anything for me and that the case would take several days when I had one dose left. Horrible customer service and experience. I will never go to them again.

Today i purchased Energizer 2032 Battery, 6 pack and it retailed for $21.99. I decided the check the price on Amazon and it is $8.48 for the exact same item. How can Walgreens justify such a huge increase? I'm officially done shopping there.

Two months in a row they call ME to pick up MY prescription!! Both times denied!! Same girl still wearing a mask!! Wish a representative would call me !!

My wife’s experience with Walgreens pharmacy was awful! I was given a prescription (a narcotic) that my doctor never prescribed to me. I took it for 7 days not knowing it was the wrong medication & that was reason why I was feeling awful!! I could not get the store manager or pharmacy manager on the phone. I went to the doctor the next day, explained what happened & was told they would report it. My doctors office also tried to contact Walgreens and was unable to get either manager on the phone!! So, I never got an apology for their error & it took them 2 weeks to fill the right RX!! I immediately changed to a different pharmacy company. I will NEVER go back to Walgreens again for ANY RX. I could have gotten hurt or died since I have a heart condition along with other medical problems. This situation was really stressful on my mental and physical health !! 😡. I would NEVER recommend them!! This was not the first time that I had problems with this RX or other medications. I also signed up to be notified when medication would be ready which was a hit & miss. They reset it for me & there was no change. So unfortunate that I have to double check everything now & get anxiety picking up my meds. Shame on you Walgreens!!

Walgreens pharmacy in McMinnville TN bought my pharmacy and now choose who gets meds on the date of 2\12\2024, the pharmacist pick and choose who gets there medicine and black flag me and I have done nothing wrong! And for 9 months I have been living in pain!!! All do to pharmacies that are playing doctor's and getting away with it 😭 shame to them that should haft to feel the pain of the sickness of the ones that are suffering 😭 to all of them that do this shame to you 🤬

I was waiting for 1 hour and 17 minutes for Covid and Flu shots with an appointment in advance. The clerks said that pharmacist has a meeting! This was an un-professional service! Walgreen at Blue Oaks in Roseville, CA 95747

I recently had a frustrating experience at Walgreen’s . After receiving a notification that my prescription was ready, I drove over, only to be told it wasn't ready after all. This was quite disappointing, as I had specifically made the trip for this medication. When I tried to discuss the situation with the pharmacist, Joe, I found him unhelpful and unwilling to assist. His dismissive attitude made an already frustrating situation worse. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with something as important as health. I hope they can improve their communication and support in the future.
