McLean Walgreens in chain bridge rd has Terrible customer service, rude staff with poor management. Pharmacy staff has poor skills, lacks expertise and even courtesy!!

Lincoln City, Oregon the cash register employees do not have knowledge of how to do there jobs. They have no idea of what customer service means. The items are not charged as marked. The stock is more expensive than other drug stores. This was my last forever of many unsatisfactory visits!!

I just watched a Walgreens commercial showing how courteous, friendly and helpful the pharmacy employees are. I could only laugh, seriously??? Every experience I have had and many people I know have had the worse experiences dealing with them. Unfriendly, not helpful and rude to customers. In short, the commercial is a pure joke and as far from the truth as possible. I know over 50 people who have changed to another pharmacy for this reason.

I went into the Troutdale Oregon Walgreens today. The place is a mess very unorganized. The staff was sitting around and talking about other staff members one of the staff name was Yelena. I think it's very unprofessional that staff are talking rudely about other staff members in front of customer. This really makes me up set. When I was there last month the store looked so good. Staff members where working. Angelita and Stacy where very friendly. They were both restocking the shelves. Stacy was super friendly taking my family passport picture. Me and my Husband where very appalled on the store and behavior of the staff today. I will be writing reviews everywhere. We shouldn't have felt very uncomfortable going into your guys store.

Once again let down by Walgreens. I made appointments for rsv,Covid,flu shots for my wife and I. I completed everything I needed to on line. My appointment was for 4:30 ,wife 4:45. We got there at 4:15 and explained that we checked in already. After an hour of waiting!!!!! Beyond our appointment we left. I don’t think we will ever use Walgreens again. Terrible customer care!!!

Don’t get me wrong I love Walgreens but the pharmacy the people they do not greet you with a smile they always have a long face like they do not want to be there. The commercials on TV of Walgreens pharmacy is nothing like in reality. They’re nice on TV and in person there are never smile. Never give you a good day Just really not nice.
