Have to wait for over 45 to pick up or drop off prescriptions. Horrible service. There needs to be someone handling customers at the drive thru when there is a line of cars waiting. The service is the worst. I am bery disappointed. 168th and US1 Palmetto Bay Fl. The car in front of me literally has been there for over 15 minutes. That is crazy. No one asks you to be patient or even greet you. You just have to sit there and wait eternally until they decide to acknowledge that you have been waiting forever.

I went to Walgreens store #4017 in…
I went to Walgreens store #4017 in Sherwood, AR to get my prescription thinking it was ready by the text I had received. When I arrived, I was told it was not ready and I would have to wait. I waited 30 mins and they were getting the wrong medications ready which I thought they were getting the 2 scripts my doctor had just called in. Then they say they had the 2 my doctor called in and it would be a few more minutes. When I went to the counter again, I was told that they didn't have the one for my eye that was swelled shut and that it would be 3 days but they had the other. I told them to ring me up so I could go. I asked the lady running the store what Walgreen store had the medicine in stock so I could go by and get it today. She told me I would have to call myself and she would not do it for me and told the lady running the cash register to ring me up and get him out of here. At the same time another customer who had been waiting for over an hour was told her prescriptions were not available at the store after waiting all that time and walked out the door fuming. That's whats wrong is the poor customer service and lack of care given. Now it gets better, so I called the other store which was close by Store #10352 which is located on MCCain Blvd in NLR, AR and was told the medication was in stock and I could come pick it up at 6pm. Well guess what the medication isn't in stock, when I just called they told me they didn't have it and it would be tomorrow before they could find out anything. I think I will be changing to CVS pharmacy from now on. This is ridiculous and is a continuing problem that I have encountered many times.

Poor practice in keeping me safe from COVID-19
I went to pick up some medicine last night. The signs on the door said masks were required for employees and patrons. As I shopped, the PA system repeatedly said they required masks and social distancing measures be adhered to. I was the only person in the store wearing a mask. I asked the cashier why he wasn't wearing a mask. He said "it's recommended but not required for vaccinated people" I asked if he was vaccinated? He said "No! I don't believe in it." He then wiped his hand across his mouth to wipe away the accidental spittle that got out of his mouth and proceeded to touch everything I was purchasing.

Care For ALL people please
This happens at Walgreens in Grovetown Ga on horizon south parkway. My son had an appt at 4:15 and they request you show up 15 minutes early for paperwork. I asked the male lab tech if I could have the paperwork to fill out and he gave it to me. No one else was there for vaccines @ this time. 15 min later, I gave the finished form to the lab tech. I noticed another customer who had just arrived for his vaccine. At this time, my son amd I are 40 minutes into wait time, and 25 minutes pass appt time. 20 minutes later, the lab tech comes out and calls back the customer whom had just arrived. Honestly, at this time I am very frustrated. Finally, after being placed last, the tech calls my son back for his vaccine. He asked me repetitive questions (answers on the form). I answered and I told him we had been waiting now for 50 minutes. His tone changed to firm and a little aggressive. I then decided not to respond after the short conversation. I noticed, he began to speak to my son ONLY. He told my 13 year old son if he has any questions to call the store. It is not professional nor appropriate to expect that responsibility of a minor. Isn’t this why the form request an adult or gaurdian to be present with a minor? Unknowingly, the tech was unaware that I am a professional, a frontline worker, and I am well aware of unethical treatment. Also, I reported this situation to the female manager on shift. Names are kept unknown unless requested by corporate officials. Thank you

The worst prescription delivery service…
The worst prescription delivery service ever. I selected the delivery service for my prescription on Friday, and all I've been getting is the run around. Today is Monday and after going to the store myself to collect them I'm still unable to get them because they were out for delivery. I was told to call back at 8pm, I waited just to give them more time and was told that the delivery person is not back so I must call back tomorrow. It is now 8:21pm and no prescription.

YOU’RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS!!
YOU’RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS! I had a refill left on my antibiotic prescription for Levaquin 250mg 1 daily for Urinary Tract Infection #14 with a refill. My Doctor advised me I could take it for active treatment of recurrent Urinary Tract Infections or 1 tablet preventatively before long travel for work. My refill was expired, so I asked the male pharmacist working at 825 Timber Drive in Garner today, on 8/1/21, to fax my Doctor for a renewal. The Pharmacist literally REFUSED to send a refill request to my Doctor saying that it was within his professional rights not to contribute to antibiotic misuse! Even after I explained about the preventative treatment, he still refused and said those directions weren’t written on the prescription. After I talked to the the Store Shift Lead, she went to speak with the Pharmacist and asked him to send the request to the Doctor. This time he said there was a technical glitch and the computer system would not let him send the refill request. Wow! Just wow! When did Walgreens Pharmacists start REFUSING to fax Doctor’s for refills without having my full medical history? If my Dr. wants to refuse my prescription, that’s one thing. When did your Pharmacists become the Judge and Jury? PS - Your Pharmacist first told me he COULDN’T fax Doctors for antibiotic refills. Considering I’m a licensed NC Pharmacist myself, I called him out on making up fake laws! There’s no such law. Too bad one of my prescriptions alone costs $1500/month. I’m moving ALL my prescriptions, along with my other family members. Why would you intentionally block someone’s medical treatment, you weirdos?! That pharmacist needs to be FIRED!
