Very Horrible Service at Walgreens located at 4400 S. Claiborne Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70125! My mom was discharged from the hospital this morning. I arrived at Walgreens to get her prescriptions filled. I had wait 30 minutes to drop off her prescriptions. I thought I would wait for them since I had already waited to so long only to be told there’s no waiting for prescriptions. I was told to come back at 2pm because they are closed for lunch from 1:30-2:00 and they needed at least 2 hours to fill her prescriptions. I arrive only to discover they had not scanned her prescriptions and that they forgot to fill them; they had to find her prescriptions which had been filed away. I explained to them she needed the prescriptions AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! I waited at the register until they filled her prescriptions. This is unacceptable service especially for patients just discharged from the hospital after having surgery!!!

On Friday, September 24, 2021, I arrived at Walgreens, 3400 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana, for my appointment to receive my 2nd Moderna shot. Upon speaking with the clerk, she asked for my insurance information. (This is strange since the CDC states that the shot is free even for the uninsured) I then stated that I have VA insurance, in which this store doesn't recognize. After a 45 minute wait, the clerk stated that there was a "glitch in the system" so therefore I would have to come back another day. Afterwards, I spoke with the store manager who followed up with the Pharmacist with my concerns and he stated to her the same thing. "I can come back another day!" I have a few concerns: 1. Am I not getting my 2nd shot because of insurance or is it because of a "glitch in the system? 2. Why are they asking for insurance when insurance is not required by CDC? 3. This store gave me my 1st shot with only VA insurance? 4. Now, suddenly, there is a "glitch in the system" that keeps this store from giving me a "physical" shot that is basically mandated by government? At 7:30pm, I went to my local CVS Store where I received my 2nd Moderna shot with no questions asked concerning insurance. I have reached out to Dr. Kanter, Louisiana State Health Officer, concerning this matter to get clarity of this complicated matter.

The customer service is horrible. The pharmacy at central avenue, jersey city. The pharmacist lady had no line or customers, she was fiddling on her mobile phone, I had one eye drops item to be billed. Instead of even considering to take the billing, literally was rude and directed us to go over all the way in the front where there was a long line. The wait period at this Walgreens is usually 1;30 hrs for medications and over 40 mins for regular billing.

Their is always a problem getting your prescriptions refilled. They are never ready on time. If you call to speak to someone you might wait a hour to get helped.Bryan,Tx. Walgreens on 29th St.

This summer I bought a new sunscreen Cerve. I took it home and used it. My husband and friends were laughing at me because it made me look like a ghost even with makeup over it. Totally made with 100% zinc. I wanted to take it back as it was very expensive. Lady said she could not give me a refund/exchange nothing due to COVID. This makes no sense as they always took back cosmetics/beauty products before. Stupid. Just using as excuse to rip people off. Don't buy anything unless your sure you will like it and have used before.

I can't understand how a pharmacy can stay in business when they rarely complete an order competently. I would like a new option to hold WALGREENS responsible for ALL the pain and suffering THEY have caused EACH and EVERY time they FAIL, AGAIN! If I can legally quantify the pain and stress they have caused me, my immediate family and anyone else willing to testify, a specialty WRATH from a book known as old testament is the closest thing toward compensation possible. I'm talking plagues, locusts and stopping just short of first born male. Wrap it all up in a class action lawsuit and liquidate all assets to be distributed equally amongst all claimants. I'm beyond caring about posting rules and being NICE! Do not lead me along, waste my time and allow untold suffering by giving expectations of a filled prescription to sustain a better quality of life and then repeatedly dropping the ball. Relying on an entity named Walgreens is a mistake I will make no more. Sorrow I will allow for the next person that places Walgreens as my in network option in front of me. Apologize, I will in advance for a future PTSD blowup. That will be one person that may think twice about invoking the company that shall not be named. Down with the ship and take the Capt. with it.

I had scheduled a covid shot with Walgreens in Thomasville, AL. That was my first mistake. My 2nd mistakes was showing up 10 minutes early just in case there was any paperwork to complete. When I arrived, the pharmacy had signs up stating the the lobby area was closed by that the drive through was open. A young girl came out and said that they had several people call in sick and that they only had one person working. That wasn't so bad, however, it was her rude attitude that has prompted this poor review. Another young girl came out, I suppose this was the pharmacist, she told me that I could reschedule and was also very short with me. I asked her if they tried to contact me and they said they did. I asked how they knew they contacted me if they didn't even know my name? The truth of the matter is that they did not contact me, by phone or email. They could have easily left a message. The problem is that they think they are too good to leave a message. They were rude and gave the indication that their time was more valuable than mine. I will not be returning to Walgreens for anything! This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with them. It will, however, be the last. My rating of the pharmacy is a Negative 100 STARS!!!!!
