123 E Belleview CO store. Covid Jab appointment said be 15 minutes early. Was told that they are busy and to wait 45 minutes. After elapsed time I was told the shot giver needed to take a break, come back in another 45 minutes. One and a half hours wait WITH an appointment.

Made an appt online, when I got there they didn't even have someone on staff who could give me the shot. Had to wait 45 minutes. Would have been easier at the doctor.

It is always a frustrating experience when trying to collect a prescription or to get someone to answer the phones. This is quite evident at at least three different locations. You are placed on hold and then after 10-15 minutes, the phone rings and although it would appear that someone would answer because the line is open, you are again placed on hold with music. This goes on for at least five to six times when you are placed on hold again and again. I actually had Walgreen's on the phone for 20 minutes prior to driving to the location, waited in line with five cars ahead of me, got to the window, and the call was never answered until I made them aware. I do understand in these times there is high volume of people, calls, etc.; however, if someone would even come back to say something as a professional courtesy that would be great!

The store has really bad employees. They are not eager to help the customers. Why have a fedex drop off if no one is there to help. Store in Linden Nj by Wood ave. Sad. Lost a seven year customer.

This is for Walgreens in Burlington NC. The last three months has been terrible. Have used this pharmacy for over 5 years. Lately stating they are getting authorization from doctors taking sometime over a week. Then says processing. Finally refills ready and they bug you to death to pick up. Sent my son to pick up prescriptions and only gave him one prescription out of 3. Never had this problem before. Small pharmacies here hav gone out of business. Also noted with lines around store, cashier is waiting on customers inside also. Very poor customer service. Also used pharmacy in Greensboro years ago and now that Walgreens is requesting refills from doctors there. Will be looking to get all this changed at next doctors appt

Have an appt for 2nd COVID vaccine at 1o’clock. Arrive at 12:55 & stand in line for 20 min. Get to counter, give all my info, fill out form, they take my COVID card & say at 1:33 “we’re closed for lunch until 2pm. We’re sorry, we don’t know why the website makes 1 o’clock appts.” Are you kidding me???

I fell in the store on 9/26/2021 at 11:25am due to a spill on the floor. I did the splits, scraped me knee, and incredibly sore, on the way to urgent care now. I told the staff there was spill, and I fell. They did not care at all and insisted they were cleaning it up. No cones, or caution signs were not up at any point. I asked to speak to the manager, I let them know what happened and I wanted to file a complaint. She laughed, said she didn't know how to do that and again insisted she was cleaning it. They were incredibly rude and incompetent.
