I am Tricare for Life military health insurance since May 2022. For the last 5 years my quarterly prescription drug copay has remained constant at 7.45 for three medications. Today I went to refill my three prescriptions at Walgreens and the copay rose to 42.30. An approximate 550% increase. I called Tricare and they said it is a Walgreen's increase due to drug compounds. So, here you go whereby a contracted drug store can increase a beneficiary's drug cost by this obscene amount on a dime's notice. Well, now I will bite the bullet and deal with the local military pharmacy, which is not a pleasant experience due to incredible bureaucracy, 60 miles away to get it for free.

Called in for a prescription refill. Was sent over to talk to pharmacist, waited an hour and a half before they answered the phone. Only to be told that they just opened 2 minutes before they answered the phone. So mad that i was put on hold when they weren't even open. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another store.

Slower than slow. You wait10-15 seconds to clip one coupon. One coupon at a time, 10-15 seconds at a time. Deals in store as advertised on app… never align with what the app says. From prices to deals, it doesn’t add up. I can’t shop in store without having to watch every little thing or they over charge quietly, miss their own advertised deals entirely, miss coupons, miss rewards, miss Walgreens cash. They are a miss in store. Their outdated systems try to take on more than they can handle. The stores can’t even get the prices right at the register… forget about the app! Don’t rely on it with trust. Same thing. Advertise a coupon and a deal so you clip coupon and add to cart. One or the other might work, rare that it all works together. Half the time they advertise and offer with a product but when you tap to see… no offer no coupon, just an explaination of the product… like wow! Great offer lol. Simplified opinion… They cant keep up on their own offers on any computer system they have. The fact that it’s been like this for years and they updated everything… policies and all… but their systems still failing at honoring them… I believe they are playing it off as a blind ignorance but they should ought to know what they are doing by now. Ik the customers do too… but does Walgreens know we can’t trust their electronics to honor their advertisements??? It’s been long enough… OF COURSE THEY DO!! It’s 2022… computers are only as smart as the programmer/user. We are still going to the moon and they can’t get a simple program to add up… I think not.

Walgreens in Cottage Grove Oregon has THE WORST staff I’ve ever experienced. Their pharmacy customer service is horrendous. Making customers drive 20 miles north to pick up a prescription because, “they ran out of the medication in this store.” People are leaving in droves.

I have shopped at Walgreens for several years and have had great experiences. Today, however, was not pleasant. I placed an order for delivery on 8/26 @5:16pm which was to be delivered by 7pm. I received a text at 6:17pm that the order was delayed but they would send an update. At 8:20pm I called the Walgreens at 923 Caldwell Blvd in Nampa, Idaho, requesting an update. The kid that answered got the manager and he said they don't do deliveries!! So I asked if that meant I wouldn't be getting my order and he said "We don't deliver." I told him I placed an order for delivery 2 weeks ago with Walgreens and it WAS delivered! He then raised his voice and said "You didn't get it from here. We don't deliver!" then hung up on me!!! Are you kidding? The Walgreens.com definitely offers delivery for a $5.99 charge and advertised free delivery on 8/26. I would not recommend shopping at this Walgreens as they definitely lack any kind of customer service. Oh...just received a text from Walgreens. They apologized stating they had to substitute items and my order will be delivered to my house on 8/27 between 9:15-9:45am.🤔

No customer service.

Walgreens on Hageman in Bakersfield is the very worst and they don’t answer the phone. Pharmacy is a joke and breaks are more important than customers picking up much needed medications. Try calling and being on hold for 45 minutes and then being disconnected. Good luck complaining because they aren’t concerned with customers. Call corporate and get the same treatment. Save yourself and go elsewhere!

The Walgreens on 3rd Street and Bell road in Phoenix is perhaps the worst pharmacy ever! If you try to call them, you're on hold for at least a half hour or more. If you go through their drive-thru pickup for your prescription, your wait is at least 35 to 45 minutes. They are incredibly understaffed, the pharmacist is rude, and it seems like a terrible work environment. Although I am a shareholder of Walgreens, I plan on selling my stock and moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy that offers customer service.
