Great walker

Oscar has walked my Sam twice now and did a FANTASTIC job both times. Sam LOVES him and Oscar wears him out!! He’s crashed on the cool floor inside. I’ve already signed Sam up again this Friday and 3 more days next week!! Oscar is a great young man and I encourage anyone to check him out.

App is easy to use and both caregiver's were amazing to our pup. When we can't be home, it's nice to know we can depend on someone coming in and caring for Mav the way we would. Thank you!

Lisa did a fantastic job staying at our home with our dog Chestnut for the week we were away on vacation. This was the first time my wife and I were away from Chestnut for an extended time since we rescued her almost 2 years ago. A daily timeline outlining the care, feeding, playtime, and walking event videos continuously updated. When needed we communicated with Lisa texting back and forth. Chestnut was happy to see us come home showing no signs of distress caused by our leaving. We are very happy with Wag Services and highly recommend Lisa for all your caregiver needs. I was pre-scheduled for a wag dog walk today and when I got to the pets house the pet was not there. I notified the owner the dog wasn't there and she said the dog was already on a walk with another wag caregiver. This lady needs to be refunded the walk as I did not walk the dog. Also how is it that I am scheduled and accepted for the walk and someone else is already walking the dog? I tried to contact customer service in the app but there is no way to. It keeps giving me roundabout answers that do not even correlate to my question. I tried calling the emergency help hotline, and the Employee said she could not help me and hung up on me without even trying to transfer me to a different person or give me advice on how to resolve my issue. —— WAG: please use your own help chat box to see if you can talk to someone. You say to use the chat box, but me along with many other users cannot get a straight answer and it will not lead us to a human who can help, only a computer that gives canned responses that are no help.

I love Wag services. The walkers I've had have all been great. You can follow along while they are walking and they send you pictures or videos. It's nice to have someone caring to look after your pets while you're at work.

The report I had from my Dog walker was terrific. My Stella was very unsure today but Caroline worked with her coaxed her to go on her walk in the heat!!!
