i love wag! theyre reliable and have great customer service.

The worst decision I ever made signing up for this app. They have sent walkers to my door without me even opening the app and then charging me for them. They have over charged me multiple times, and only given me "credits" back. Most recently they charged me three different times for three walks I didn't ask for and told me to email the financial departments, I did and never got a response. I've called, texted and emailed NO RESPONSE!theu keep charging my card and I can't delete it off the app. NOT WORTH IT! I'm switching to Rover.

Wag is trustworthy and great!

My dog loves the service, she gets very excited but you'd have to be rich to use it everyday.

I am so glad I found out about wag! It's been so easy to use, and the dogs certainly love it! There is clear and efficient communication about who will be walking my dogs, when the walk starts, and you get to watch real time where they are walking! All of the walkers have been very friendly, and I love reading the report cards on how the dogs did!

Wag is such an awesome app. It is like the uber of dog walking! I love seeing the real time map bc it ensures me that my dog is safe. The detailed report at the end with a picture is also great. I reccomend wag to everyone.
