Wag! is a great service if you book your walk in advance/have a set schedule you need a dog walker. I have had great dog walkers. I love that they send me updates as my dog is being walked, including videos and pictures. However, I have run into a lot of issues when I am in a bind and make an "ASAP" booking. I have yet to have had a good experience making a 'quick' booking which is usually when it's most crucial someone gets to my dog. I have always had to contact customer service because no one shows up when the app indicates they will with no notification they will be arriving later than determined. I have just learned I need to book someone at least a day in advance or I cannot count on them. Other than that, I think their normal service works as it is intended.

Wag is best app since Google maps. Thank you for making my dog happy.

I have not had a single problem so far. Communication has been great with the individual walkers as well as the company. Qualified, great walkers are always available when I need. I wouldn't be able to commit to a consistent schedule due to cost, but I will use as often as possible!

Wag! Is a great, easy dog walking service to use. All the walkers that have walked my pet have been great! I love the report card at the end of the walk. I gave it 4 stars, because once a walk is confirmed, it's a tad difficult to edit information.

Wag! has been a true lifesaver for me. I hadn't heard of them before an illness that prevented me from walking my dog. Called them and, in a half hour, they had a very nice, knowledgeable walker who took our German shepherd for a nice, long walk. The app is great- the walk can be tracked, and afterwards, the walker publishes a "report card". You can also get a lock box for when you're not home and the dog needs walkies. I highly recommend this service- it's the best!

So great. They seem to really hand select their walkers and the hands-on approach from texting me about walkers to being able to text customer service with an immediate human response.

This app and service is all around pretty great. The walkers are well trained and friendly. The customer service is punctual and personal. The staff is helpful with follow ups, discounts and friendly check ins. I wish I had more friends with pets so I could recommend WAG.

The walkers that I have used are friendly and courteous. I guess my only complaint, if you can even call it a complaint, is that they don’t walk fast. I’ll pay for an hour walk and they barely will make it 2-2.5 miles. 30 mins to walk one mile is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Wag makes use of text messages which is great and the app shows you the route your dog and Walker are taking in real time.
