These people don't know how to run a business, the people they "hire" over the internet are untrained and loose dogs, and then Wag takes no responsibility for it. Hope to see a swift end to this company.

I chose Wag shortly after moving to Austin, TX. All of the dog walkers have been great thus far and always provide a little report of the walk, sometimes even short video clips. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for great care of your puppy!

My pupper always has a great time on her walks! It’s very reliable and the Wag walkers are very accommodating and understanding when I have a request or question.

Wag is very easy to use and great for someone who needs help with their pup short notice. The only thing I dislike is that you can't choose your walker and meet and greets are unavailable as well unless you're booking for the same person at the same time 5 days in a row. If you luck out and find a walker you like right out the gate, you can add them as a priority but there's no guarantee they're always available. Overall I do feel like the pros outweigh the cons, especially if you talk directly to customer service about your preferences.

This pretty good very convenient wether you are coming home very tired had a rough day at work school or are sick or just don't feel the mood to go for a walk with your dog well wag is awesome for that for a small fee they walk your dog for you they have very friendly walkers that animals love at first site it's amazing
