Wag has been an absolute lifesaver for my elderly mom. With a reliable service like Wag, she’s able to have her very best friend, Tatters, by her side in an assisted living setting. I’m able to remotely secure the help she needs and communicate directly with the pet care providers to assure everyone’s comfortable with every decision.

We ordered a week of wag with overnights for my emotional support pup. I went to Florida to help with my nieces. We were assigned out a Wag! person named Meaghan. I should’ve known when she showed up late for the initial meeting because she put my wrong address in that things might not go so well. She hurt my dog when she first came in, petting her too hard in the ears. My dog cried out. I told her just to watch the ears. I asked for my dog to be not left alone for more than four hours. On her first day,Meaghan didn’t get to my house for over 5 1/2 hours. She lied to me about what time she’d get there Because I have a camera 📷 . She then tells me she has to work 8-4 for the next 3 days and can I have my neighbor take care of my dog for her. That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. There is no phone number to call Wag about anything. I was forced to deal with email and wait for responses. This experience ruined the first part of my trip. I was an emotional mess. They offered me another person to sit that cost me $50 extra a day to have this new person at her rate. It left me in such a bind as I had already paid over $300. Charlotte, who took over for Meaghan was a GEM and saved my business. I love Charlotte but don’t want to use wag ever again if I don’t have to

Wag! Make the whole process pretty easy! Their walkers are great! Highly recommended!

I want to send a shout out to Fabio-last minute scheduling and he picked up the request right away. It’s really comforting to know that one of my favorite walkers comes through for me and my pup!

Olga has been preferred and trusted walker for our coveted girls and is ALWAYS caring and loving!

Some parts of the app are not very user friendly but the overall concept is so thoughtful and trustworthy! I love wag :)

Our walker, Jacob, was right on time and gave Wally a full, energetic hours walk. We could tell he enjoyed it by the way he looked forward to his walk the next day. He took a nice long snooze after the walk.
