Excellent – easy to use, secure, no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Wag has been lifesaving for someone who wants the joy and love of a dog but still needs to work and also have their own personal schedule. Every walker has been on time, responsible and respected all instructions as well as shown so much love. We are so thankful that this company exists!

Love this service! I have had a great experience from the very start - the first positive experience was receiving the WAG Lock Box (for free!) just days after requesting it. When I had a question about the lock box I called customer support, while the phone was still ringing I realized I figured out the answer to my question myself and hung up. A couple minutes later they called me back to make sure everything was okay! WAG is super attentive to their customers and very reasonably priced. I love that they take a photo of my dogs at the end of the walk, just to make sure I feel completely at ease. I trust WAG 100% to care of my beloved fur children!

Hello- so far I have had a great experience with the walkers of Wag! I don’t love their app very much - it gets frozen and locks me out when I need to hire a walker so then have to start a new account and then when you can FINALLY get a hold of them at Wag- we get it back on track and up and running but they don’t transfer my credits over which is sometimes hundreds of dollars. The most important is my dog is treated great and that I feel good about her in the hands of a stranger and so far they have been all very sweet people that read the directions and handle her very well. Thank you

Wag has been great for us, have found a couple of really great walkers and the preferred walker option is great for our goofy dog
