Customer service is top priority!

I was worried about letting a stranger walk my dog at first but I have never had a bad experience.

The app is great! I love that I get to see exactly where my dog is walking. The report card at the end of each walk is great! The only improvement I would make is the scheduling. If I want to add/change/cancel a walk I have to call someone. Making it available on the app would be more convenient.

I absolutely love Wag! I am new to the area and with working full time I needed my dog walked once during the day and decided to try Wag. I scheduled a walk for a Sunday when I was home to meet Casey who would be walking my dog, and since then it has been about two weeks so far. I am so happy Casey our walker is so amazing, we really lucked out! Im sure all the Wag walkers are amazing also, Wag takes their time in getting good walkers. What I love is seeing live where they are walking, I get a video, report card and picture EVERY DAY! I look forward to this daily and it puts me at ease knowing my dog is being taken care of so well! I absolutely would recommend Wag. If you have any questions, they are quick to respond. I love that they gave me a free lockbox to hold my key! I have nothing but good experiences with Wag. The only thing I could recommend was if the app was a little more user friendly, but that being said that is small to all the amazing things!!

Wag is a great service when you need spontaneous help with your dog. Unlike some pet companies, you can book as little in advance or request right now if need be. All of my wag walkers have a done a good job (I think). The finance side of their business is very sketchy/questionable. I can't recommend loading up your credit card even though they advertise you get a discount. For example, they advertise one free week of walks when you join. They define a week as 3 days. Second example - they text you spontaneously that you can get a discounted walk because a walker is in your neighborhood BUT they charge you full price. You have no way of viewing what has been debited and credited from your account. Also the app is a bit inflexible. I have 2 dogs and always have to pay for 2 dogs, even if I only have one dog at home walking. Also there is no space for special requests - such as feeding or filling the water bowl. I also had an issue where the walkers were leaving the full poo bags inside my house - a very smelly thing to come home to.

Very reliable and prompt. Walkers always take care to follow our directions and end up taking great care of our frenchies( who are really difficult to walk). We use this service daily!

I have enjoyed the dog walkers a lot! I just feel customer service could be more helpful.

LOVE wag. The app is awesome and all the dog walkers have been excellent. Great way to get your pup out when working.
