I love Wag! Being a paramedic and working long shifts is hard, especially when there is a dog involved. It’s comforting to know that I can get someone to walk my dog last minute. I love the tracking system and how it updates every little “walk milestone” they reach. The dog walkers are great and text me the cutest pictures and videos of Ollie. Super grateful for Wag!

Great customer service and can’t beat the convenience of this app

Have never had a bad experience. All of the walkers have been great, of course I have a few favorites. Had a problem getting my lockbox (my gate issue, not Wag) and it was resolved relatively easy. App is not the easiest to navigate especially for default payments and auto-refills, but do-able.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Wag and all of the different walkers who have taken Lily out. Always on time, always nice and professional. Being able to track the walk and get a report afterward are awesome as well! The best part is just being able to request a walk ad-hoc, just click the app and someone is at your door within 30 minutes.
