We have had 3 different walkers for our dog and all have been great.

We have had a largely positive experience with Wag, although not every walker seems to be as enthused / thoughtful as they should be.

Have had a great experience with every walker I have had. They all truly care about your pets and send lots of pictures and updates.

Never had an issue. They can be a bit slow to reply, but they've always made sure it works out.

Love wag! It's been so helpful, as I work full time & hate leaving my puppy home all day. I have the lock box, so my walkers can easily get in. It tracks the entire walk, I get a daily report card & lots of cute pictures & videos of my pup! Highly recommend!

Wag as an app is easy to use and people at the customer service desk are always quick to respond. My only suggestion would be to allow the same family members email addresses to be tied to the same dog(s), that way if a spouse asks for a time you don’t accidentally request the same thing during a busy day where you aren’t aware you are sending the same request. Also, please cancel request if nobody responds within 2 hours of the requested time so other walking arrangements can be made. Overall highly satisfied with this service.

Highly recommend this company. But, it is a company. You do not get the warm and fuzzies of a mom-and-pop service. If you are looking for a convenient and reliable way to provide care for your pets, this service is for you.

wag is super easy and convenient. Once u set it up, it literally takes 10 seconds to schedule a walk. I like seeing where my dog goes and the videos they send. The only thing I dont like about it that sometimes they send unnecessary text messages. Thanks!
