To be honest, in the beginning, I was afraid to have strangers in my house and was not confident that a stranger would be able to handle my very timid Chihuahua. After several weeks, I can't say enough about how much I appreciate my Wag Walker and the relief he has provided me knowing that my babies are in the hands of people who truly have a passion for dogs. I set up regularly scheduled walks 3 days a week and have had the same walker every time. However, recently, he was sick and Wag arranged for a replacement within about 30 minutes and my timid dog did just fine with the new person. I have been singing the praises of Wag and my regular walker (Scott) to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much!

This company is extremely thorough. The write up from their walks are always right on. One day my dog was a little ill. They wrote that he kept stopping on his walk. And I never told them he was Ill. They are very good.

Wag has been great and the communication and effort they put into each walk goes above and beyond my expectations....app is easy to use as well.

I love this app and have told al my friends about it! I trust the walkers, the customer service is fantastic and responsive, and the lock box is genius.

I have had a good experience with all of the walkers. Customer service is always quick to answer my texts or to call back if I request a call back. Any snags have been handled very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Update- While the service Wag provides is super convenient for a busy pet owner, Wag’s customer service couldn’t be worse. If you have an issue outside of the norm, don’t expect Wag’s customer service to be able to resolve it. I’ve only used Wag for short bathroom breaks for my pup when I couldn’t get home for a long period of time and it is so convenient! Even when I make an early morning request for later that day, I get a response within 15 mins. I love that I can choose from my preferred walkers first. This app has made my life easier!

Customer Service is quick to fix an issue, but unfortunately are hard to get a hold of when you need it. Voicemails aren’t returned and you have to continue to call until someone answers.

I really love Wag. You can book walks last minute, and people always arrive on time and in a good mood. The walkers are very sweet with my dog and do a great job. I love the convenience and how user friendly the app is.
